About Company and Crew
We enjoy racing and we like going head-to-head with big budget teams. You’ll get more than you pay for with Kevin Patrick Racing. KPR is in it for the future, not just the right now, which means we value hard work and determination to win.
KPR - Lease ProgramOur team and equipment is available for an all inclusive lease, with regard to the 2010 Show-Me, Mars, and Ump Series Events. You show up with your helmet and driving equipment (approved driving suit, Hans device, etc.) and you go racing.
Our team and race cars are first class and capable of winning every time we leave the shop. This is how we run the team. We are 100% hands on and we do everything for you including: Driver / Team Pre-Race Meeting, Crew Chief will cover our car’s safety features, explain how to exit and enter track and pits, how we'll communicate with you in the car, and most importantly how to pass and race other cars on the track. We “care about you” which is not necessarily the norm within other lease programs. This is not a race team that just puts you in the car and says "Let’s see what you can do" or “Cross our fingers and hope for the best.” We help you win.
We do have a crash clause. Crashing is part of racing and if you happen to crash, we fix and repair the car to the best of our abilities at our cost. If we cannot repair the car in house we will have the car or parts repaired or replaced from ‘Bill Frye Racing’ or ‘Rage Chassis Racing Shop’ and the invoice is passed on to you at cost.
Testing is priced according to the testing venue (logistics) and track surface (tire usage) plus 15 % to the costs. A good guide is about $500 to $1000 dollars per test again depending upon the track surface and location and the days spent at the facility. So again, to be fair we price testing at our costs plus 15% and total it up. Should you have any additional questions, feel free to call my cell or email. ....Kevin Patrick Racing a Mid-West Regional Team traces his interest in racing back to his time spent with his father in the stands watching many famed drivers throughout the United States. "I have always enjoyed the time spent with my father and still do," recalls Kevin. For many years I talked about having a race team and I thought I would eventually own, race, and enjoy all aspects of a dirt late model team.
I am currently employed with a Gas and Oil Exploration Company as a "Survey Supervisor". Starting my career in 1979 to current, I have coordinated the “GPS” (Global Positioning System), "INS" (Inertial Navigation System), and of course (Conventional Surveying) on seismic exploration projects throughout the lower 48 Conterminous States and Alaska. Also occasionally working projects throughout Canada and Mexico. While working in the Gas and Oil industry, I have supervised crews of 30 plus employees. I also have extensive experience in all business operations; including screening, hiring, and training of prospective new employees. Also managed budgets, timelines, and payroll for the company crews. I have acquired marketable skills in situations that relate to the industry as well as exceptional client interaction and tête-à-tête proficiency. With this experience of management aptitude acquired over the years. I truly believe this will give me the management, client, customer relation expertise for running this race team.
